Here are some of the most common questions to help you understand how to get the best of some of our archive collections, made-to-order just for you. If you need any help, just reach out via our help center.
We have had some incredible collections of products over the years that customers just can't get enough of, but sadly we have had to retire from our stock. So instead, we offer a "back-order" option for these items so that you can still get this product. This means we make it from scratch just for you.
An in-stock item is pre-made and ready to send. A back-order item is made-to-order from scratch. This item would go through our production line as it's made just for you, and requires about 3-4 weeks from start to finish.
Back-orders are made-to-order items that go through a 3-4 week production time. Once the item has passed the Quality Control testing, we ship it out the next day. It typically arrives within the next 3-4 days to the US. But allow for a 5-7 days if you are ordering from another part of the world. For more shipping info, please read here.
You can cancel your back-order items for a refund within 7 days of ordering. Once the item has started the production process, (after 7 days of ordering) the item is no longer refundable. For more info on refunds please read our policies here.
