All shipping times above are based on products that have completed our Q.C process and are ready to ship following any custom or made-to-order requirements and any other preparation required before sending any orders to customers.

CONSIDERATIONS:

  • Once an order is placed, we will not accept size changes after 7 days. To make any changes, contact us via our Help Center.
  • Customers who choose the incorrect shipping method and/or request a change in address, will cause a delay in processing your order and/or be subject to cancellation.

  • Customized products are strictly non-refundable.

Back-ordered products are batch processed weekly, so that we can expedite the production process for you and get your gear out to you as soon as possible. This means they are made-to-order, and not in stock. From the date of ordering, producing your piece of grappling gear is estimated between 4-6 weeks to dispatch considering customization requirements.
