This tool is designed to help you get a quick snapshot of where your order is in the production timeline. To use it, simply add your order number and email and the system will supply you with the current status.

In the production process, we have several stages. Some are more critical to you than others, as once they are in progress, no further changes can be made to your order.

    We have received and are processing your order.
    The order is confirming the details of your items including the customization and sizes.
    Applying your details to the unique order pieces. After this stage, no further changes can be made to your order.
    The final design is sent to print to the fabric for production.
  • SEW
    Printed pieces of each item, are being sewn together.
  • QC
    Final quality control checks are being made to your items to ensure they meet the highest quality standards.
    The order is being packed and allocated shipping details.
    The final stage before you receive your items. You will receive a tracking number to track your order delivery.

Typically orders are processed within 4-6 weeks, but recently we have been experiencing a higher-than-normal demand which can affect delivery times significantly. Estimates can be up to double normal waiting times currently. Rest assured we do get your items out to you, and we have a refund policy if we do not meet these standards.

There could be a few reasons your order is not showing.

  • If you have ordered items in the last few minutes, it will unlikely show until the order is confirmed by our system.
  • Any orders that are archived may not show any longer after they have been delivered for some time.
  • Orders that are allocated to our Express Production Service do not show as they are being processed via our expedited production facility.
  • If you have ordered off the shelf items that are being dispatched directly to you, then you will not be able to track their production as they are already made. Please check your email for tracking info on these items.

Returns & Exchanges

If you received your items in a damaged shipping bag, please make sure you take photos of all damages to both the packaging of the shipping bag and the items inside. This is required so we can make a claim on your behalf with the carrier. Please visit our help center to contact our support team about this.

Once your refund or exchange is approved, we will send you detailed information via email on where to send your items.
